Shipping and Pre-Orders
Orders are shipped every Saturday AEST GMT+10. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see the item description for shipping times and dates.

Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Slab Rips, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email found in the 'contact us' section and we will make it right.

If you wish to cancel an order join our discord server found on the 'contact us' page on www.slabrips.com and go to the support section where you will find refunds and cancelations in the selection drop down menu. Alternatively send us through an email with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER#..." which can also be found in the 'contact us' section on our website. Be sure to include your order number so that we can process refund as quickly as possible.
